Sleep is foundational

Getting good sleep doesn’t solve all of our problems, but it certainly helps make it easier to navigate our problems, and life more broadly. It’s fair to say that I am very passionate about helping people sleep better!

I have been providing cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and imagery rehearsal therapy (IRT-N) for traumatic repetitive nightmares for over a decade and have provided insomnia therapy training and consultation for dozens of professionals.
