Getting good sleep doesn’t solve all of our problems, but it certainly helps make it easier to navigate our problems, and life more broadly. It’s fair to say that I am very passionate about helping people sleep better!

I have been providing cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and imagery rehearsal therapy (IRT-N) for traumatic repetitive nightmares for over a decade and have provided training and consultation for dozens of professionals in the Department of Veterans Affairs in this treatment.
