  • 3754 Pleasant Ave, Suite 205, Minneapolis, MN 55409.

    I also offer virtual therapy.

  • Online therapy works similar to in person therapy, without the hassle of navigating parking, weather, and taking the extra time away from other obligations on either side of your session.

I use a HIPAA compliant video therapy platform and send a link to you by email or text ahead of time. When it’s time for your appointment you just go ahead and click the link, and it brings you to your secure virtual therapy room.

  • I offer in person session two days/week.

  • I am private pay only and my fees are as follows:

    • 15-minute consultation by phone or video: free

    • 75-minute intake session (everyone working with me starts here so I know more about you and what your needs and goals are): $200

    • 50-minute standard therapy session: $200

  • Your first appointment is a chance for you to give me the background on what brought you to therapy. I also ask questions about your life beyond what got you to reach out, because humans are complicated and understanding your background more thoroughly helps me be thoughtful about your care needs. Prior to this first appointment I will send you some paperwork on my secure client portal that will ask some of those questions ahead of time.

  • Great question! It really depends on what you are coming in to work on and what your goals are. Sometimes people come with a very specific concern (for example: insomnia, needing stress management skills) that can be addressed in 5-10 sessions, and sometimes there is a need for a longer episode of care (for example: adjusting to a chronic medical problem, caregiver stress).

  • You are entitled to a good faith estimate of what your costs will be for psychotherapy with your provider when you are not using insurance for your treatment.
