I provide goal-oriented, evidence-based therapy to help you move your life forward

  • I’m here to help get your sleep on a better track whether you need cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), imagery rehearsal therapy for repetitive traumatic nightmares (IRT), general guidance to optimize your sleep hygiene, or help adjusting to your sleep apnea machine.

  • Whether you are caregiving in your family, neighborhood, job, or broader community it can be A LOT to hold. I provide a safe supportive space to sort out your needs, set boundaries, and grieve any losses that are on this journey with you.

  • I can help you control the parts of your health that you can and accept the parts you cannot control (and not in a white knuckle/jaw clenching way, but in a free up space so you have room to be in your life in ways that matter to you way).

  • Don’t believe everything you think! Using acceptance and commitment therapy (okay, and a fair amount of snark) I can help you put you and what matters to you most back in the driver’s seat.
